Step into our Social Kitchen for a flavour-filled culinary experience inspired
by the vibrant kitchens of the Mediterranean and Middle East.
We’ll welcome you with a frozen spicy pineapple cocktail kissed with
Cointreau — the perfect way to begin a leisurely morning of cooking,
learning and feasting.
Together we’ll create a silky courgette baba ghanoush finished with nutty brown butter and toasted pine nuts, served with golden ‘LUCKY BREAD’ fried sourdough.
While our Royal Indian Chicken roasts gently in the oven, filling the kitchen with fragrant spices, we’ll prepare a selection of beautiful sharing dishes including a crisp Jordan lemon salad, a spiced bulgur & pearl couscous salad with apple and currants, and a za’atar potato salad scattered with paprika almonds.
To finish on a sweet note, we’ll bake a decadent date cake crowned with a rich fudge coconut topping.
