Arrive at 10am and settle in with a perfectly crafted G&T as we gather around the kitchen. We’ll begin by passing around delicious chilli bites while we prepare a feast inspired by some of South Africa’s most-loved dishes.. Together we’ll master crisp, golden pampoenkoekies, sweet potato, a beautiful biltong, blue cheese & fresh fig salad, comforting paptert, and a fragrant, flavour-packed lekkerbek bobotie—the kind of meal that brings everyone back to the table for seconds.
As the savoury dishes come together, we’ll move on to dessert, learning how to create two timeless favourites: a luscious peach trifle and an irresistible peppermint crisp tart.
We’ll finish the afternoon exactly as it should end—sharing dessert over perfectly brewed cappuccinos, celebrating good food, new skills, and wonderful company.
